2. Price shown is fixed and non-negotiable, unless promotion.
3. The price shown does not include shipping fee. Do refer to shipping fee list for the shipping fee.
4. Do confirm all the goods selected before make payment. Once payment made all items are not exchangeable or refundable.

1. Shipping charges is according to the shipping list uploaded.
2. Once payment has been received, items will be received by customer within 3-4 business days for West Malaysia and 3-7 business days for East Malaysia, however, delivery time might vary or delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. MyNaturity does not responsible for any delayed delivery. However, we will strive our best to look for an alternate solution.
4. Signature is required upon package delivery, therefore P.O. Boxes are not allowed.
5. Appreciate to insert delivery address which package can be reachable to you. If package returned due to not reachable, additional charges will incur on resending the package.

1. We are confident of our products and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive an unsatisfactory item, please contact us at us within 3 days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange.
2. Items which are included as an unsatisfactory item would be: wrong items sent, items with manufacturing defect (please send in photos for verification).
3. Natural products are varying in color, texture , odor or sense, therefore return policy is not applicable on these variations and not consider as defect items.
4. The items must be returned in its original condition, to ensure purity of the products, items must be return unused or not opened.
5. With agreed items return, it will be compensated with the sequence as below, replace with the same products, if same products are out of stock, it will be either exchanged with products equivalent to returned product price or request for payment refund.
6. Return/Replacement/Exchange/Refund must be acknowledged and agreed by both parties (MyNaturity and customer) via email mynaturity@gmail.com .

2. There will be a refund form send to you by requesting your bank information for payment refund.
